Paid more $$, access went backwards.

I tried the viewer, seemed to work ok. I bought the premium version and it worked well; was able to edit, print, etc. Then it suddently reverted and now I can’t use the ‘premium’ features I paid for and the software says I should have access to for another 6 months.

And, their support line isn’t open and there is no way to get help. I needed to use this tonight, not after fussing with ‘support’.

Please fix this ASAP for me.
